+371 29 455 255 - SIA „Easy Park” (reg.No. 40103265670) leases out for fee one parking place in a parking lot located on Dzirnieku street 6, Mārupe, Mārupe County (further in text – Parking Lot) for parking of a vehicle as well as perform transfer of customers and their luggage free of charge to the International Riga Airport and back to the Parking Lot.
- Working hours of the Parking Lot: 24 hours a day.
- Starting time of usage of a particular parking place is fixed on a Parking Voucher.
- Parking costs are set according to the pricelist available in the Parking Lot and on the website : www.bizbizmarite.lv; www.easypark.lv.
- Customers are obliged:
- To follow the instructions of the Parking Lot personnel;
- Before entering the parking place customers shall get acquainted with the Parking Lot Exploitation Rules and receive the parking place voucher at the cash-desk. Accepting the voucher, customer approves that he agrees with the Parking Lot Exploitation Rules.
- The Parking Lot shall be entered without passengers; maximum speed of 5 km/h shall be observed throughout the territory of the Parking Lot.
- Vehicle shall be parked strictly in the parking place indicated to the customer. It is forbidden to park any vehicle without vehicle identification number plate or in inappropriate technical condition;
- The vehicle shall be secured against uncontrolled self-moving or usage by other persons without the presence of the customer.
- No flammable and/or explosive substances and items shall be left in a vehicle. Cars shall parked with safely closed car petrol tanks.
- Cars’ doors and baggage compartment shall be left locked. No valuables shall be left in a car saloon or baggage compartment.
- Smoking, use of intoxicating substances (like alcohol), any actions with flammable substances (petrol, motor oil etc.) are strictly forbidden in the territory of the parking lot.
- Before receiving a car, a car placing voucher shall be presented to the operator-watchman. In case of a lost voucher, documents proving the identity of the user and ownership rights for the car shall be presented to the personnel .Penalties in the amount of 10 EUR in this case are applied.
- It is not allowed drag the car with steel cable. (Except the cases of evacuation).
- No activities that can potentially cause any damage to the other users of the Parking Lot are allowed. Any of the customers are liable for all the damage caused to other persons by their direct or indirect activity.
- The parking place personnel takes no responsibility or liability for the for personal belongings left in vehicles.
- Administration of the Parking Lot takes no responsibility or liability for damages caused by a vehicle of one customer to the vehicle of other (s).
- Administration of the Parking Lot takes no material responsibility for location of the vehicle in the area of the Parking Lot.
- Administration of the Parking Lot is entitled to evacuate cars, evict from the territory persons not observing rules and instructions, as well as to use detention rights to car while the according person compensate the loss and penalty fines that have been inflicted. In case of failure to observe Parking Lot Exploitation instructions penalties in the amount of 30 EUR are applied.
- Customers of the Parking Lot that has received discounts for parking services, discount coupons or other discount documents (travel insurance, airline tickets, tourism vouchers) shall present the mentioned documents together with the parking voucher when payment is made. Mention discounts are one-time use only and are not accumulated. Discount award procedure is determined in accordance with corporate concluded cooperation agreements, accordingly – information on the level of discounts and the use of the procedure can be obtained from persons who have granted discounts, as well as at the Parking Lot.
- Parking Lot Reservations.
- Preliminary reservations of parking place is done online, using the SIA “Easy Park” website addresses: www.easypark.lv or www.bizbizmarite.lv, by filling the reservation application form and making advance payment for the services.
- Prior payment for parking place reservation, ensures customer with a right to park the vehicle (vehicle identification plate number) for the period indicated in the application. The customer receives confirmation of the reservation to his indicated e-mail.
- Premilinary reservation is only of one time use. The customer can change the indicated vehicle (to a vehicle with different identification plate number) by sending according notification to the web page or to the e-mail: info@bizbizmarite.lv.
- Upon arrival to the Parking Lot Customer shall present the reservation confirmation letter and receives his unique Parking Voucher. Before leaving the Parking Lot the Customer presents the Parking Voucher to the operator who verifies the compliance of the payment with cost for the period of actually due for the parking service.
- If the actual use of the parking services is longer than specified in the application form, the Customer shall pay the rest of the amount due according to the price list at the cash-desk of the Parking Lot.
- If the actual use of the parking services is shorter than specified in the application form, the difference is non-refundable.
- Advance customers’ reservations can be canceled by sending an appropriate notification on SIA “Easy Park” website: www.easypark.lv or www.bizbizmarite.lv, or by e-mail: info@bizbizmarite.lv at least 48 hours prior to start of reservation term. Failure to comply with the above conditions, the Customer’s payment of the reservation is non-refundable.
- Advance customers’ reservations can be transferred to another period of time by sending an appropriate notification on SIA “Easy Park” website: www.easypark.lv or www.bizbizmarite.lv, or by e-mail: info@bizbizmarite.lv at least 48 hours prior to start of reservation term.
- Making previous reservations Customers are entitled to receive a payment discount only if they are Customer Card holder and has entered the Customer Card number into reservation system. No other discounts in the case of prepaid Parking Reservation are applicable.
- Parking Lot Exploitation Instructions are mandatory for all the users of the Parking Lot and for any third parties staying within.
13.Personal Data Processing Terms
- Easy Park Ltd processes personal data to ensure client’s legitimate business interests and to fulfil contractual obligations, as well as to operate Easy Park’s loyalty programme. Personal data processing is only used for the purposes stated above and is carried out in accordance to Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation.
- Only authorised personnel who directly carry out contractual obligations or ensure security of data systems, have access to the personal data.
- The client has the right to ask data processing operator to disclose what data has been captured and ask for data to be either changed or permanently deleted. In the event of data deletion all contractual obligations are terminated.
- We may disclose your personal information to third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Easy Park, our customers, or others.
- Data processing operator will take precautionary measures to ensure safe data transfer between data systems using password protected access and encryption.
- The Client’s consent to receive relevant commercial communications is valid until withdrawal (is applicable even after termination of the contract). The client has the right to withdraw their consent to receive commercial communication by one of the following: 1) sending an email to info@bizbizmarite.lv; 2) calling Easy Park operator on +37129455255;
